Good coffee or tea, toast with home-made Mallorcan jam, fruit or fresh juice, a delicious pa amb oli* with avocado, cheese, tortillas cooked with the eggs from our own free-range poultry fed only with grain, trempó (Mallorcan salad) and, to top it all off, a piece of home-made cake.
* Traditional bread with olive oil and tomato.

There is a daily menu for our customers. Based on traditional Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of creativity, and prepared with fresh seasonal products whenever possible. The eggs, fruit and vegetables all come from our organic garden. We cater for individual customer requirements (e.g. vegetarians, vegans, coeliac, etc) and are always in search of the origins of our cuisine, when meat was not used.
